Facilities
The department is equipped with two laboratories with over 100 computers
available for conducting laboratory sessions in diverse topics like –
(i) Programming languages: C, C++, Visual Basic.
(ii) Server Query Languages: Oracle, MySQL.
(iii) Assemblers & Simulators for Assembly Language.
The Department has following Softwares:
(i) Borland Turbo Assembler 3.0 & 4.5
(ii) Oracle 9i & Oracle 10g Express Edition.
(iii) MySQL 5.5 Enterprise Edition.
(iv) Microsoft Office 2003 Enterprise Edition.
(v) Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition.
(vi) Redhat Linux 4.4
(vii) Intel 8085 & 8086 Simulator.
All the Laboratories are internally networked allowing students to remotely access resources at any
point in time. The department has three HP Business Servers as the lab servers
user for the development of projects and also used as the Web Servers.
