CENTRE FOR WOMEN’S STUDIES Back
CWS is functional from 2006 in this college. The centre has been sanctioned to this college by the UGC. Efforts were made to make the centre, hub of discussions of women related issues such as women empowerment, women emancipation, legal issues, training, computer literacy etc. From time to time various awareness programmes are organized not only in the college but also in various villages of Kathua District. In nut shell, the centre is helping in turning the dreams into reality. Our young female students can draw inspiration from the words of Kalpana Chawla, “The path from dream to reality does exist.
